Misconception Based Teaching
This link will take you to a public folder that contains a variety of resources for misconception-based teaching. The slideshow files for first semester physics are best viewed with the full screen button. This will also enable you to see the speaker notes if you so desire, available from the menu at the bottom left. All materials are free for your classroom use. None of them may be used for profit.
If you wish to use either the Force Concepts Inventory (FCI) of the Chemistry Concepts Inventory (CCI) please follow the guidelines on the websites I will link below. To preserve the effectiveness of these metrics, these tools should only be given to students in a controlled testing environment.
